Lifescape Book

This project is part of the Parsons "Drawing & Imaging" class that is part of the first-year curriculum.

For the last project, we had to create an 8 to 10-page book that represented some aspect of our life journey that got us to where we are today. I chose to represent the 5 places that feel the most like a home for me:

  1. My house in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I live

  2. My family's house in Córdoba, Argentina, where I've been vacationing since I was two years old

  3. My grandpa's house in Punta del Este, Uruguay, where I've been going to since I was two years old

  4. My mom's boyfriend's house in Seattle, USA

  5. My home right now in New York, USA

I created a map that joins together the five places. They are separated in two to represent some distance between the South American countries and the USA. I also added photos of meaningful moments in these places and the exact addresses on the map. Finally, I added a map that has the same color gradient to the cover of the book.
